Banking, Finance & Leasing: The founding Partners have developed experience in Banking and Finance and advise on all areas of Banking and Finance Law from Preparation and Perfection of securitization, syndication, multi-lateral and corporate institutional lending to Banking and Finance Litigation.

Commercial and Corporate Law: Areas covered include Privatization, Insolvency, Foreign Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions, Receiverships and Liquidations, Revenue & Tax Law, Corporate Restructuring, Incorporations as well as Company Secretarial Services.

Real Estate Conveyance and Property Management: The firm handles all types of commercial property transactions. The founding Partners have sufficient exposure in matters of land conveyancing.
